Description of 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 4 door

Selling our 1957 Belair; it is very clean and floor panels/frame are rust free. I have driven this car approximately 3K miles since I have owned it. 350 Engine, Muncie 4 Speed transmission. The car a few scratches and nicks from the kids as well as a few small surface rust spots about the size of a pushpin. 1 very small ding on the trunk.
I had the vehicle appraised by Steve Linden and it appraised for $22,000; I have that paperwork as well as most receipts for maintenance over past 8-10 years.
