Description of 1980 Chevrolet C-10

Selling my camper and truck. 1980 Chevy V8 Long-bed C20. (eBay boxes won't allow for all options. This truck is a C20 with odometer reading 58,000 which is probably not accurate.) The truck runs well and strong, starts every time, transmission shifts smoothly, and it has always been reliable for me. The truck has a full backseat for 3 passengers or handy storage connecting into the camper. Fully registered. Always passes smog with paperwork to prove it. I drove it around Venice, Santa Monica, the Antelope Valley, and around town. Needs a spare tire (There's a place in Hollywood that has one for $100), wiper blades, has some rust in spots, and its second gas tank needs its old fuel removed before using that tank.
The camper is nice and clean, a solidly built 1989 Six Pac brand, with a full separate bathroom. Plug it into the side of your house and crank the air conditioner, lights, and have a whole new room / office / playroom / treehouse, or go mobile. It has a very comfortable double bed loft (with a $240 Ikea mattress free if you want it), a working air-conditioner (but probably needs Freon), a working stove with 3 burners, a double kitchen sink, lots of storage space, a working bathroom sink, and a usable toilet. It has good airflow with a nice big sky-hatch. The fridge worked and was cold last time I used it but it is original and it is tough to ignite its starter. To make the camper not just livable but fully working, it needs a few basic repairs: Kitchen sink faucet is a little leaky and same with the fresh water intake valve into the toilet. I worked around both of these issues by just bringing in an external water source such as a gallon jug. Also the bathroom drain is clogged and needs clearing in order to use the shower. Lastly the small bathroom hatch blew off in a storm while it was in storage (I'll give a work around temp cover to whoever buys the camper that they can keep). Mobile electricity works but you will need to buy a fresh battery to run it. The truck engine battery is new. AAA confirmed that the alternator and starter are working great when I had the battery installed. I am factoring in the repairs listed above, when calculating the price. Can be shipped but pick up in Los Angeles stronglypreferred.# RV, tiny house, tiny home, camper, classic, mobile home
