Description of 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Belair

Here's a great 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air Sport Coupe. 2 door hardtop. nbsp;project car with most of the parts needed to make a sharp looking Classic Chevy for a reasonable price. It comes as you see it. a rolling body on vintage Keystone Klassic wheels. which are included with the car. There is no engine or transmission. Much work has already been done. The entire passenger compartment floor has been replaced with new full floor halves. The tail pan area is also new metal. There are 2 floor braces missing that weren't installed when the floor was done. They're the short brace on each side under the front seat. So. those would need to be purchased and installed. The rest of the floor braces are in good condition. The frame was stripped and painted. so there's no rust there. The quarter panels have been worked on and are close to being good. but will need some more shaping up. There's very little rust in this car. The lower outside curves of the back glass body channel need to be patched up as shown in the photos. but that's about it for rust repair. It has nice doors. rockers. inner rockers. roof. trunk lid. and front end sheet metal. It has good. original. and valuable. front and rear seats with the rear armrests. The stainless moldings were buffed out. and most pieces are ready to use with a little cleaning. There are a few that still have some small dings. so would need more work to be perfect. All of the interior garnish moldings are there and in good shape. One exterior molding. the left lower windshield molding. is missing. The photos show the car and most of the parts that come with it. There are other parts that come with it. like some of the bumper parts. radiator. steering gear. speedometer. nbsp;door and quarter windows. and vent window regulators. but can't show everything in just the 24 photos allowed. Some other parts are missing. They're mostly chrome parts that are available in reproduction and that you'd normally buy new when restoring a 56. Missing parts include the grille. headlight bezels. parking light bezels. hood bar and extensions. dash chrome and trim. tail lights. rear bumper ends. It will also need the vent window frames. headliner bows. front seat side shields. gas tank. heater parts. and window regulators. Of course. many people put in Vintage Air. so that replaces the heater. And new window regulators. even power windows. are available as well. All of these parts aren't difficult to find on eBay or elsewhere. So. this is a great opportunity to get yourself one of the best looking Classic Chevys. a 56 Bel Air Sport Coupe. for not too much money. Please view all the photos. More pictures are available. if you have any requests. The car comes with a bill of sale only from me. the seller.
