1946 Chevy Pickup Truck Vintage Roadable Classic

1946 Chevy Pickup we purchased in 1992. It is a 1 ton truck with a 9 foot long box on it.

It is still a 6 volt system but it has a 1960 261 6 cylinder engine in it now that came out of a 1 ½ ton truck.

It has a 4 speed manual transmission with auxillary 3 speed with underdrive, direct & overdrive. The rear end has ¾ ton gears 4.56.

This auction will include the original 5.17's, has dual exhaust & 283 2 barrel carburetor.

The radiator is out of a 1 ½ ton truck and has a slow seep at the top of the tank.

It has 1 battery under the floor and one on the running board for cold weather use.

It is a truck that can be used & I have. All of the lights work. The hor, speedometer, and windshield wipers do NOT work.

The sale includes the original 235 which ran when removed. Also the extra 4 speed transmission, brake hydrabooster (which was removed because it leaked).

The truckis equipped with a fifth wheel plate.
