This car still retains its Factory Code 979 Bridgehampton Blue with Code 412 Dark Blue Vinyl Interior, Matching Carpets and C07 Auxiliary Hard Top only. Moving this Roadster is the high performance LT-1 350/330 Horsepower Engine and Muncie M-21 4 Speed Manual Transmission. This nicely optioned LT-1 includes N40 Power Steering, J50 Power Brakes, N37 Tilt and Telescopic Steering, Rally Wheels, Wood Trim, U-69 AM/FM Radio and Side exit Exhaust. This Desirable LT-1 Convertible is an "Un-restored original" meaning this car has not been restored. The car still retains the original paint, interior, chrome and it all is in remarkable condition for the age. The paint is showing its age but still presents itself very well. The car has its original components in place including the original transistor ignition box. The block is a CE Counter exchange block that was replaced under warranty from Chevrolet. The Warranty stamp is correct on the block. The car has the original LT1 Holley Carburetor, original alternator, manifolds, intake, heads and transmission. The original spare tire is still in the tire well. The interior is in very condition with very clean seat covers. Carpeting is original. Steering wheel and gauges are crisp. All Fiber Optic lights are working. Headlights go up and down with ease. The Stingray runs and drives excellent. It is a reliable car and starts right up. The clutch operates correctly and is smooth without chatter. The transmission shifts well. The tires are vintage Good-years and appear to be good. All lights are working. Radio does not work and clock is intermittent, but overall, a great original LT-1. Ownership history is very important with a classic car and this car has been owned by the previous owner since 1975! The owner retained every registration receipt for the last 42 years! The car also comes with the original title dated 1975. This Roadster also comes with the Original Owner's Manual.
