This camper has had a lot of cleaning and mechanical restoration, but kept original. I am a car guy and not into camping. I saved this rare camper as I have not seen another in my 35 years of fixing old cars. Has had full brakes, lines and drums turned. New rear end axle seals, rear cover gasket and gear lube. Engine compartment has been repainted black. Engine has new water pump, all gaskets except pan, new fuel pump, NOS GM belts hoses, all rubber lines, gas tank cleaned, new sending unit, carb rebuild, new 3 row radiator recore and new exhaust manifold. Plug wires are original and date coded 1966. Original, near mint interior. Cab and camper has had one repaint. Camper body was also complety recaulked. Camper was ordered new and lived it's entire life in Ottumwa, Iowa. Rims were sand blasted, repainted and have 5 new Goodyear 10 ply tires. Runs and drives well. It is clean as the pictures show, except the cab paint does have scratches, wear and small dings from age as it was repainted in the late 80's. I have more than enough paint from re painting the green on the camper body and wheels to repaint the cab, and is included in the sale. . Gasoline has crackled and stained the paint under the fill cap. There is some rear water damage to interior paneling around the dining table lower seat cushion from grandchildren leaving the rear and side windows open around the dining table in the early 1990's. Can't see the light water damage as the cushions cover it. The floor has no vinyl as I could not find something I liked that would be dated. Minor rust on pass rocker. This camper is surviver/driver clean not show. Brings LOTS of attention. Comes with original 60's-70's outside folding chairs and table, coolers, clothes from sears, jc penny and mongomery wards. Fishing poles the owners used and much more. This camper is a rolling museum of how camping used to be. Located in SE Iowa
