Gorgeous black 16,500 original mile 1994 Chevrolet S-10 Super Sport. Always a pampered hobby truck, kept polished, garaged and covered. Kept well serviced by my Chevy dealer and me, a life long 76 year old car enthusiast, during my 7 years of ownership, and before me by a Chevy dealer with previous owner, who bought it new when he was 80 years old, and his widow, who I bought it from. All documented with copy of original clean CT title, copy of CT title where I registered it before bringing it home to WI, my clean WI title, and extensive service records all showing mileage progression. The "minor issue" shown in Auto History Checkisfrom a CT DMV mistake they have corrected. When I registered the truck in CT, the Motor Vehicle Department mistakenly marked the title "exceeded mechanical mileage limits", I showed them my copy I'd kept of the original CTtitle showing the mileage shown was original, showed them the truck has a 6 digit odometer and asked, would I travel to CT to buy it if it had more than a million miles on it? They corrected their mistake issuing a corrected clean CT title showing the correct mileagewhich I have a copy of.Recent bumper to bumperALL systems flushed (except transmission, which Chevy service manager said didn't need it because the fluid still looked new), fresh fluids (synthetic in engine) and filters, grease job. Zero rust, only driven on sunny days and not during winter. Everything on the truck works as new including ice cold AC, and it is tight, free of squeaks and rattles. Beautiful black original paint including Super Sport exclusive body colored grill, bumpers and trim, no dents or dings. 7 year old 215/75 RWL T/A's, including the full sized never used spare, are all still like new and duplicate the original equipment Super Sport only tires. Options on the truck are the LS package, which includes deluxe interior upholstery, carpeting and trim, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, full instrumentation, power steering, power brakes, tinted glass and the Super Sport Package, which adds a leather wrapped steering wheel, tachometer, automatic 4 speed overdrive transmission, 4.3L High Output Vortec CPI engine, ZQ8 sport suspension with upgraded springs, shocks and sway bar, 3.43 limited slip differential, 4 wheel Anti-Lock brake control, 7" wide alloy wheels, body colored grille, bumpers and trim, red side stripes, red bow ties including on the wheel center caps, red SS badging on the sides and tailgate, front air dam with integrated road lights. I have had the following professionally installed: an OEM privacy glass rear slider window (boxed original 1 piece tinted rear window comes with the truck), applied Herculiner bed lining with little imbedded nodules to keep anything from direct contact with the bed (perfect condition), stainless Magnaflow high flow cat, stainless quietest Flowmaster muffler, all stainless clamps and hanger, heavy gauge stainless polished Pacer turned down tip at the muffler. The original stainless tailpipe and its hanger come with the truck. I took it off because it has 3 power and economy robbing sharp angle accordion bends. Included are a fitted truck cover and bed tonneau cover. I don't use the tonneau because the bed coat looks so sharp. Only approximately 15,000 Super Sports were produced during the 1994 to 1998 production run. The 1994 is the most powerful (195 net hp, 265fpt) due tofollowing years' increased emissions controls and the lightest of the SS's, making for a very quick agile truck. Although it has never towed anything, with the 4.3HO engineand 3.43 limited slip differential it is factory rated to tow 6,500 lbs. It would be a classy and economical way to tow an Airstream trailer within that weight range. On EBay in April of this year a red 1998 S-10 SS with 34,000 miles on it with a bench seat and no rear slider window sold for $13,500 with a 2nd bidder at $12,900 and a 3rd bidder at $12,700.I have the link to that EBay auction if you'd like to email me for it.My truck has less than half that truck'smileage -- it must be the best original ultra low mileage one left of the rare SS's -- is in showroom condition, is a quicker truck, has service records, bucket seats, console, rear slider window and a documented senior owner history. If kept as pristine as it is now it will continue to go up in value over the years. I hate to sell it, but need its garage space for my new car.
