Description of 1982 Chevrolet Corvette Cross-Fire Injection

What I have for sale is my 1982 Corvette "CROSS-FIRE INJECTION" (Base Model Coupe ). This beauty is 33 years young and not without flaws. but overall this car is solid. clean. runs decent. but it does need some minor TLC to be that perfect classic "All American Sports Car". I drive this car once a week to work and I get nothing but compliments as well as it being a head turner so I know that it does cause one to strain their necks as I pass by! This was the last year of the C-3 Sting Ray body style and the first year since 1965 that the "Fuel Injection" was re-introduced. It has a rating of 200HP which made it the most powerful American car in 1982. The body is solid with a beautiful Dark Blue exterior that really glistens and other than a couple of flaws in the paint it still really stands out. The hood opens and closes tightly and it lines up perfectly. It does need some rubber molding around the doors. the leather seats are starting to wear. visors are missing. The carpet is still in great shape as well as the door panels. dashboard. headliner. and all the gauges are in working order. Like I said this car is 33 years young so it's not like it came right off the dealers showroom floor. but overall it's a real beauty. It does have a working A/C. PS. PW. PDL with all in working order. The engine is strong doesn't burn or drip oil. the transmission is in good shape. but it does jump a bit when placed in the DRIVE position (I was told by the local mechanic that it needed some mounts). The battery is brand new. the stereo is an after market model (I don't have the original system). The ride in the corvette is nice. but as you know it's not the smoothest when going over bumps. but overall when cruising it does ride nice. It has the original rims and the tires have plenty of run left in them. It has a clear title and I have a few books and a Chilton's Manual that I will include. I know that I am missing some things that I haven't mentioned. but please feel free to email me with questions and I will do my best to answer what I can.
