Description of 1985 Chevrolet Corvette Base Coupe

This vehicle was purchased as a project for a family member who is no longer interested.
It was driven 15 miles to the house and parked about three weeks ago.
I do not recommend you drive it anywhere. Bring a trailer!
It does start (new battery) but runs poorly and smokes a little. It had been sitting for a long time.
The transmission did not shift well and it puked all over the garage floor once parked.
Brakes worked minimally.
I was given the parts for the right headlight but do not know the condition of them.
The interior is filthy. Extra trim pieces are in the back.
The C-5 wheels have been removed and the C-4 wheels installed.
The tires are shot and not road worthy. They do hold air.
It has a Michigan title.
The gauges in the dash do come on.
I would assume the air conditioning does not work.
A cassette radio was included. Not sure of the condition.
Again, this was purchased as a project and will need a considerable amount of work to be road worthy.
If I don't sell it this round it will be parted out so if you only need a few pieces keep an eye out for future auctions.
A brand new service manual is also included!!!
