This listing is for a 1968 Chevrolet Biscayne Station Wagon. The vehicle has been a one family owned heirloom which was purchased new in 1968 in Daytona Beach. I am considered the second owner as I purchased the wagon from my grandparents around 1990. This has been a garage kept vehicle and was only used when the primary vehicle went into the shop for repairs. After 1990 I drove the wagon for a few years then parked it in my carport; ...it has been covered as well and started up every now and then. It is a running and drive-able wagon but obviously needs restoration. There is 112677 original miles; ..very low considering the age. It is a 307 2-Barrel Carb.. The transmission is a 2-speed Power-Glide. This is a original A/C wagon!! ; ..but does need work on the system. The paint is original as is most of the car (roof was repainted many years ago); ..very little modifications. I did install dual-exhaust and a after market sound system (no screws or modifications were done for the stereo!!) The tires are shot and have large splits; ...I am going to put some used rims and tires on the wagon so that it is moveable and can be transported or towed. This is a mostly all original vintage wagon that would make a incredible restoration vehicle. It could also be lightly repaired and driven on a daily basis; ...it is a real pleasure to drive. I really do not want to sell the wagon; ..but am working two jobs, raising grands, and am over my head with obligations constantly. I wish the wagon would be loved, driven, restored, and enjoyed. I work at Sound Ideas Stereo in Gainesville Florida. Check out our website and I can be reached there; ....thank you. Mark
