Description of 1985 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 2500

Up for Sale is my 1985 Chevy K20 ¾ ton 4x4. It is Silverado and a camper special. This truck is equipped with the 6. 2 diesel. turbo 400 tranny and 208 transfer case. It is 4. 10 gears. It runs good and drives good. It has 150k miles. It doesn't use of leak any oil. The transmission was rebuilt just before I got it. It starts good even when it is below freezing. It the last couple years I have been going through the running gear. It has: New ball joints New tie rods. New wheel joints Repack wheel bearings New steering box New steering damper New injector pump New brakes all the way around New seat upholstery New Batteries The tires are great. LT255/85r16 Mechnically It doesn’t have any issues I know of to keep me from driving it anywhere at any time. However. it is not without need of more work. The AC doesn’t work The delay in the wipers doesn’t work (but regular speeds are fine) The carpet was crap so I took it all out. The headliner needs replaced. The dash pad has a little bit of cracking It has rust in the rear cab corners and one spot on the box. Inside the box is really nice. I think it had a camper on it most of the time. There is no rust in the cab floors. front fenders or bed of the box. It is a solid good working truck but not a show queen. I don’t know if anything has been done to the engine other than me changing the injector pump and doing regular service. I’m only selling it because I bought a new GMC and I no longer have the need for it. If you buy this truck. it can sit here for a few months if you need. You will need to find your own transportation for it. You can also fly in and drive it home. If you live in the Northwest. I can probably deliver it. depending on my schedule. Email me questions and I will answer what I know or call me at 509-999-5730. Thanks for looking.
