This is a beautiful one owner 1979 Chevy Cheyenne Pickup.The truck has 52k orig miles. It looks runs and drives a like a million dollars.The engine runs extremely well and doesn't miss a beat. The transmission shifts on the mark, no issues.Cold air conditioning. The truck drives like new and is truly a pleasure to cruise around in. No leaks, smoke, overheating or anything to be concerned about.Great stopping power, handling is superb and overall drive-abilityis second to none. The entire drive-train is solid and tight.The engine compartment is completely stock with well sorted belts and hoses.
Cosmetically the truck is stunning! The original paint finish has a lovely shine with a lovely patina and lots of character.The truck is a true survivor and is completely 100% rust free (body chassis and frame). The body has no major dents.There are normal imperfections which are to be expected from a 5 year old vehicle (nicks, chips, dings, hazing, fading, clear coatpeeling, etc.)let alone a 39 year old un-restored pickup. The overall appearanceis crisp, clean, honestand totally awesome!!!!
-Good rubber accessoriesand weatherstripping all the way around-Nice body trim, alluminum and rubber components-Very cool period custom rear bumper-Excellent chrome throughout-Beautiful looking (rare) stock Chevy hubcaps-Tires all hold air but need to be replaced-Very nice Rhino bed liner-Original owners manual-Dual fuel tanks
The interior alone is worth the price of admission.....super super clean....This truck has no strange odors and the owner was a non-smoker. The original bench seat uphulstery is in phenominal condition. No tears or stains.The door panels are excellent as well as the headliner and visors.The dash has one small hairline crack whichcan be seen in the picture below. The carpeting is in good overall condition and does have some minimal wear.Nice gaugesand instrumentation. All reading are normal and everythingilluminates nicely at night. Allbuttons and knobs are presentand functionas they should.All of the glass is good, the windshiels has one small spiderweb crack, other than that its all good.
This is a great looking and driving classic Chevy pickup. Not to often seen in black and in suchwonderful original condition. We are certain the new owner will be very pleased. We enjoyed our time with this truck and hope the next owner/operator appreciates it as much as we do.
