1952 chevrolet business coupe. Starts right up and drives good around the neighborhood. Have yet to get it on the highway. Has complete rebuilt brake system, master cylinder, hoses, wheel cylinders, shoes, hardware. Engine is a non numbers matching 216 that runs great. New points, coil, plugs, wires, rebuilt carburetor. Transmission is factory 3 speed on the column. Drives and shifts good. New throw out bearing and fresh gear oil in transmission and factory readend housing. Radiator has also been re-cord. All the suspension and steering has been taken apart and cleaned and serviced as needed. It has been lowered by cutting the springs. Could easily be returned to stock height. Also has complete new exhaust system. Front floor boards have been replaced. Small amount of rust on top of rockers. Rear floors and trunk floor all solid. Trunk floor shows some damage from what looks like something dropped into it. Also has damage in trunk floor on passenger side from what looks like a previous collision to the passenger quarter panel. Body shows well from 20ft. Older paint job shows scratches and chips. Passenger quarter panel has been repaired some time ago and has cracked out on the top. Door bottoms and lower fenders Have some rust also but not completely rusted out. Car has been converted to 12volt with a new 1 wire alternator and complete new wiring harness. All headlights, turn signals, tail lights, brake lights work. Also has a brand new battery and battery cables. New gas tank and electric fuel pump installed. Interior needs work. Front seat is not original. It is a split bench from a late 60s nova.it has been re-upholstered and is comfortable. It is a true business coupe and has no back seat. It needs the rear wood for the floor and rear panel. Has no door panels or rear side panels. This is a car I've had for a few years and have simply lost interest in. It still needs work but should make for a easy project that can be driven as is. It could use shocks, a alignment, and the gauges hooked up to be a better driver.
