Description of 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 210

This rare 1956 Chevy 210 Hardtop still retains it 210 trim; you don't see many that haven't been modified or converted to Bel-Air trim. The 327/300hp engine, which has been upgraded with a polished aluminum intake manifold and an Edelbrock Carburetor and a modern ignition system, has only has a few thousand miles on it since it had a complete overhaul. It has a fresh 700R-4 overdrive transmission for those nice long highway cruises. The power steering is a rack and pinion system. It is much more precise than a gear-box setup. The power disc brakes will stop this car as good as any modern car on the road today. The FOOSE Wheels (18's and 20's) give it the stance and look of a high end resto-mod.

The custom interior is less than two years old, and includes the trunk area as well as new carpeting and headliner. The dash has custom gauges in the dash as well as in the custom made console. It has a Custom Autosound AM/FM/MP3 Receiver, and a tilt column. All the exterior stainless trim and chrome is in near perfect, flawless condition. The mirrors have LED's behind the glass that light up when using the turn signals. The paint does show a few minor chips due to its age, but overall is in excellent condition. There is a small dent near the bottom just behind the passenger side door and a chip in the driver's quarter panel (see pictures).

Under the hood, the engine area is spotless and full of chrome or polished aluminum. The radiator is a new aluminum one with an electric fan to keep the engine temperature a steady 180 degrees even on the hottest days. The chrome hood hinges are a recent addition and a few of the pictures don't show them.

Not only does the exhaust sound great normally, but it also has a pair of exhaust cutouts for that "piss off your neighbors" sound.
