The following has been done/replaced within 500 miles:
Ø New Tires-BF Goodrich G-Force Sport Comp 2 (275/40ZR17) Ø New Bilstein shocks Ø Alignment Ø All new rotors, break shoes. Also replaced the ABS Control Pump (Done by Precision in Temecula) Ø Break system bled and all new fluid. Ø Intake manifold gasket replaced. Ø Valve cover gaskets replaced Ø New Die Hard Battery Ø New Taylor 8mm spark plug wires Ø New thermostat and engine/radiator flushed. Ø Replaced Oxygen Sensors Ø Transmission oil replaced with A/C Delco recommended oil. Ø New Magnaflow Cat Back Exhaust system Ø Serpentine belt replaced Ø Idler Pulleys replaced Ø Rear Hatch Rubber replaced Ø Windshield Header & Pillar weather stripping replaced Ø Windshield interior trim replaced. Ø New Visors Ø New Roof Panel (Melrose) Ø New leather Seats. Ø New center console trim, shift knob, boot. Ø Console door leather wrapped Ø New rear hatch area carpet replaced. Ø K& N Filter with Air Intake (have stock intake). Ø New Climate Control installed Ø New Bosch III injectors installed Ø New Opti-Spark Ø New Water Pump Ø New Timing Chain (dropped oil pan and replaced gasket. Inside of pan was very clean with no sludge per my mechanic). Ø New Timing Chain Cover and all Seals Ø Clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, pilot bushing all replaced. Ø All U-joints checked when did clutch. Rear end oil replaced with GM additive. Ø Rear main seal replaced when did clutch. (wasn't leaking just was accessible at that time). Ø Front sway bar bushings replaced with Polyurethane bushings. (Ball joints were checked and greased) Ø Front spoiler plastic pieces replaced The heater has been by passed. Before I replaced the climate control it was running continually. When I had the engine and radiator flushed I had my mechanic by-pass the heater. |
