Description of 1937 Chevrolet Other |
For Sale is a car I inherited from my Father. I have had intentions to finish what we had started. but life got in the way. Here's the list of parts. that I can remember. I also have a STACK of receipts as well and little notes too. Chevy 350 with a 3speed trans. 600 Holley CarbAggressive CamsFirebird Front Clip73/74 Nova Front DiscsFord 9" Rear end57 Chevy frameVintage ACE-FansDual ExhaustTrans CoolerALL STEAL BODY AND FRAME Fiberglass Fenders/ Running BoardsNewer Gray Leather Interior/ TrunkMy Father bought this in 1990 from Lincoln. Nebraska and my Uncle drove it to SLC. UT. Had a 327 Chevy. brown vinyl interior. two tone paint and bondo'd fenders in it when it was bought. Over the next 7 years. before his death he had completely replaced the engine with a rebuilt Chevy 350. new wider fiberglass fenders (the rears were rubbing too). whole new gray custom interior and lowering blocks on the rear. His next projects were paint. airride on the front suspension and new wiring. Sadly. I was too young and now I am to busy with a family of my own to do it right and it just makes sense to sell it to someone who will appreciate it. NO RUST. NO BODY WORK NEEDED. This was our "Get away" car when we got married in 2011. it was flushed. serviced and inspected them. Runs well. takes it a minute to warm up. but roars when it's at full throttle. BUYER MUST ARRANGE TRANSPORT. Thanks. |
