Up for sale is my 1985 Chevrolet Silverado with documented 109k miles. This is a great little truck, with absolutely no rust. It has a 350/350 Turbo. The truck runs and drives well, and has plenty of power. The motor was replaced about 3 years ago, and hasn't been driven much since. It has a small cam and 2.5" exhaust that sounds great. Was originally an A/C truck, but compressor was removed years ago. Heat works, and still has all other A/C controls and components. Transmission shifts just as it should, with no slipping or lagging. It has a nice set of rally wheels on it, but the tires are cracked from sitting. I've just replaced the radiator, hoses, plugs, starter, battery, Edelbrock carburetor, water neck and thermostat. I couldn't find anything else it needed as of now. The body is exceptionally straight, with only a couple of small dings. The rust on the body is all surface rust. The bed is carpeted, and was redone about 4 years ago. All of the exterior lights and turn signals work perfectly. Chrome is in very good condition, and the billet grille gives it great attitude. All body lines are straight and even. Truck was originally red, and I think it had 1 repaint back in the mid 90s. The interior is very usable, and looks/functions just fine. I believe the dash has a cap on it, and only has 1 crack in the bend. It's been that way as far back as I remember. The seat is a dark blue, and the vinyl could use a cover or new upholstery, but it is in great shape for an original seat. Door panels are in good shape, and all door mechanisms work as they should. This truck has been in my family for about 20 years, and has never been abused. Clean Carfax shows no accidents or damage ever! It has a ton of character, and gets compliments everywhere it goes! It is a very cool Shop Truck with great Patina as is, or is a perfect blank canvas for a full custom truck. The truck needs new tires and could use some new window rubber. Front glass has a couple of rock chips in it, but the rest of the glass is fine. Windows roll up and down, and sliding rear glass works great. As with any old Chevy, it leaks a little here and there especially when it sits for a while. I love the old truck, but it just doesn't get driven like it should, and I can't justify letting it sit around.Shipping (if needed) will be at the buyer's expense, but I will help in any way needed.Feel free to call / text me with any questions at 615-578-1000. I can send pictures of anything or answer any question that you may have. Thanks, and Good Luck! Justin
