This is a nice driving pick-up. Great color..it gets lots of attention. Strong running 350 Chevrolet V-8 with edelbrock carbureto, valve covers and intake manifold, headers and duel exhaust. It has the more attractive 1964-66 front fenders, hood and grill but is still a 1962 truck so it has the torsion bar adjustable height front en, powerglide automatic transmission and rear coil springs. It has manual steering and brakes that work good but it is an easy conversion to add power disc front brakes and power steering. The paint is a good 10 footer, some scratches, dings, and some clear coat starting to peel..It has a few bubbles in the paint in places and a bondo crack or 2...It was last painted in the 90's. It has a couple of rock chips in the windshield also. The floors are solid and it has a good wood bed that just needs refinishing. The interior was done back in the day and has some buttons gone from the door panels, the headliner is starting to pull out etc..with that said it is not a show truck but a rare truck with the side chrome and custom cab. The heater works but needs a new dash control or at least knobs for it. No radio included. The hood opens and works good but like a lot of these trucks is a little too heavy for the springs..the speedometer worked good until the cable broke so it will need a new one. Tires have good tread but are starting to check from age. Look at the pictures..It is a fun, good looking driver quality truck that will need a few things repaired to be real nice. We will try to add a video in a couple of days. Call or e-mail with any questions..The reserve is low so just bid what you think it is worth and you will probably buy it. I may deliver on the West coast for a fee... 541-788-5756..thanks for looking ...Mike.
