Here is a unpolished jewel of a truck. It is a 1964 C-10 longbed . It has a 283 V-8 with a powerglide automatic transmission, has factory a/c not working but all ther, hydraulic assist steering, power brakes, big back window, a spotlight, custom cab trim, uncut dash or doors, radio delete plate (govt. vehicle). This truck sat for the last 17 years but started rightup with fresh gas and battery. It runs pretty good but could probably use a carb rebuild. It had an oil leak that the previous owner couldn't find . they thought it was the oil pan but it was the timing cover had a small hole in it .I patched this with JB weld as it's a big job to chang, I'm getting old and lazy and who knows it might get a new LS motor .This truck has very low rust in the usual places . Has a slightly bent front fender and a odd dent in the pass. doo, both pictured. Has two plates covering holes where the extra gas tanks were in the bed and one covering a hole in the roof where an antenna was.The wood in the bed is bad/gone.Truck was a Government vehicle that was bought by an employee who passed it to his grandson where it sat for 17 years. The glass has a very noticeable tint and is all good except for 2 bullseyes in the windshield . This is one of the nicest 60-66 trucks out of about 20 I've had in the last few years of buying and selling these. It does have matching vin and frame number if that matters in your state. Has some decent aluminum wheels but I have plenty of stock rims if you want a set with it. Rat rod you can drive as soon as you get it or a solid cantidate for restoration on a high option vehicle.Selling with no reserve.Ask any questions I'll try to answer best I can . More photos available if you want to see something specific.
