Your bidding on a awesome truck 1953 chevy 3100 3 window short bed. The frame is a S10 bagged using a York engine driven air compressor connected through a 5 gallon air tank with 4 valves with 2 manual switches. front up and down and rear up and down. The fuel tank has been relocated to under the bed The entire body was ground down to bare metal. all the major rust was repaired such as Cab corners. front fender along with the major dents were smoothed out while in raw metal. Then the body was painted sail blue in certain areas and a faux finish of rusting aka patinaing the bare steel was applied to make it all consistent. Once the achieved look was created a patina preserver was used to stop the rust from continuing and protecting itThe motor is a rare Pontiac OHC 6 exclusive ohc6 that was for a time. the most sophisticated engine ever produced by General Motors. The brainchild of John DeLorean. then Pontiac’s Chief Engineer; this SOHC six-cylinder engine was developed to power Pontiac’s increasingly larger Tempest and LeMans intermediates. but DeLorean took a different approach to the design that would include a “first for the U.
