The Chevelle was a mid-size model that was produced over a few generations starting in 1964. The second generation is arguably the most popular and featured a distinctly sculpted "coke bottle" body with tapered fenders and a rear quarter kick up. A variety of engines were on offer but the most potent and powerful being the 454cid V8 in the SS. The 1970 model year brought a host of changes such as a squared up front fascia and revised options.... The quad headlights are probably the most well regarded Chevelle feature and typically hold the highest value. GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this unique Chevelle for your consideration. Fully restored about 5 years ago, this is in immaculate shape. It appears to be finished in Misty Turquoise, and the paint shines beautifully, as does the excellent chrome trim. The car sits on staggered 18in and 20in Boyds chrome wheels with newer tires. Dual exhausts, fully functioning cowl induction hood, hood pins, chrome wheel trim, and twin black racing stripes round out the exterior features. The interior is beautiful and looks factory fresh. The black vinyl seats are in wonderful shape and dashboard, door cards, headliner, and T-handle shifter are all very nice as well. The car is equipped with a custom sound system with MTX and Rockford Fosgate components. Featuring a desirable big block 454cid V8 engine that is not numbers matching and an automatic transmission, this Chevelle is a stunner. A bunch of functional upgrades include MSD ignition, aluminum Edelbrock intake, power front and rear disc brakes, power steering, coilovers, air conditioning, Holley 4bbl carb, and a dress up kit mean this is a very well rounded car. It runs strong and drives very well and the color combination is a absolute standout. You won't be disappointed. To see over 80 photos of this car, including under carriage please visit our website
