"I reserve the right to close this auctionat any time for any reasonwith or without bids". I cannot hold this car, sorry.

Please Note:: If you are a Corvette purest that appreciates an unrestored survivor carand you don't mind playing around with some mechanical issues to get it back inshape then this is certainly one you should consider owning. The Engine, Transmission, and Rear End Assembly are all in wonderful shape. These components doNOT need work! Car runs and drives well. It is a lot of fun and its fast!

If you want a total show car that is spotless and new then this is not the car for you. I have some of those too but thesehighly documentedoriginal cars like this areso hard to find. Nice options too! They are only original once.

1970 Chevrolet Corvette T-Top Coupe that is a True Unrestored Survivor in my opinion. Mostly all original paint in factoryDaytona Yellow with 100% original Deluxe Black Leather interior, check the codes on the cowl tag.It is listed in the C3 Registry from 2012. Owner then says it has had one repaint. That is not correct.

All bonding strips in place. Honest bumps are across the front. Frame is very good. No soft places at all, onlysurface rust but no scale. Solid frame, Solid bird cage.Bottom of carhas never been cleaned and detailed with a can of spray paint like most.Raw fiberglass floors are great, etc. No sign of an accident I can see. An original tire is in the bucket, original jack, etc. are in the car. T-Top bags and straps are in the back also. Tank Sticker is on top of the gas tank!

Purchased by a Doctor when new at Ebys, Inc. in O'neill, Nebraska on 8-01-70. After his purchase hemoved to El Paso,Texas. He owned it for around 10 years then sold it to the second owner in New, Mexico/Colorado who I think were family of some sort. It then ended up in Kansas City, Kansas around 2012.That is the ownerthat placed it in the Registry.2 owner car for 42 years.

I have lots of original paperwork. I have the original owner manual, warranty Protect-O-Plate, the Car Shipper Invoice that list all the factory installed equipment, etc. etc.Lots of service receipts since day one!

Please read the optionson the Car Shipper Invoice, car is true to the invoice.

Included in the paperwork I have an appraisal by Bob Kroupa for Vette Finders valued in 2012 at$28,300.

The body on this car is amazing, the paint is 48 years old and it is lacquer, yes it has chips, cracking, nicks, checking, some peeling as it should. Actually it is in pretty good shape for its age.

This isa Deluxe Leather Interior car from the factory, It's very nice for being original with no tears in the seats just regular leather cracks from age. Carpet has a few tears from shoe heels. It is all correct down to the deluxe original carpetwithoriginal lap andshoulder belts in place.

AM+FMStereo Blue Dot radio is in the car. This radio was almost a $300optionin 1970!! The headlights do light up but the doors do not open. Thewiper door does not work as I am sure it's a vacuum issue for both. The Air Conditioning was redone in 2012 and the compressor with clutch runsbut the fan does not work.I have it unplugged.

We have changed the oil and checked the fluids. The turn signals work, brake lights work, Radio comes on, fiber optics work, speedo works but the odometer does not. Tilt and Telescopic Wheel works. Exhaust is New. Water pump has been replaced.

The smog equipment is NOT missing on this car. A 70 Corvette 350/350HP engine L46 option had the Controlled Combustion System omissions not the traditional smog pump, tubes, etc. Even the lower shielding is still on the engine, that is always gone.

Sold as is/ no warranty. It is like my description. Miles showing 73,686 but are exempt, it is over 10 years old.

Car cannot leave my secure lock-up until funds clear my bank. I will securely store this car for a buyer with full insurance until your shipping can be arranged.

I do not have any more photos that I can send, please come and check it out personally if you like.

Call Dennis Jr. @ 251-769-1639 between 8am and 8pm central time to ask any questions you may have. Inspections with an appointment are welcome.

Thanks for looking at this incredible old Vette!
