Excellent 1978 Chevrolet Corvette Pace Car

This 1978 Black and Silver Limited Edition Chevrolet Corvette Pace Car is truly one of a kind. Starting with the amazing exterior, this car hasn't spent a night outside. Paint is in very good condition with full Pace Car vinyl stickering. Both T-Top panels have zero scratches or chips. They also have a fantastic deep blue tinting that makes for a nice touch to match the fade tinting of the windshield. An all-around incredibly sleek beauty.

If you pop the hood, you'll find a super clean 350, V8, L-48 motor and automatic transmission. All original and very well maintained. The transmission shifts like it's brand new and the rear differential is amazingly solid for a Vette of its' age. Breaks can stop on a dime from even top speed. With only 10,205 miles, you can't pass this 40-year-old Vette by.

BF Goodrich Radial tires are in mint condition with even some of the original purchase sticker still on the tread, because they only have 3 miles of drive time on them! (these are not the original tires as the originals were had become inflexible and needed to be refreshed) The Pace aluminum rims are in very nice condition, with the beautiful corvette flag emblem centers and red pin stripe only offered on the Pace models. One rim does have some very minor blemishes from when the tires were replaced but can be easily buffed out.

Opening the doors, you'll find something you can't find in any other 1978 Vette, metallic silver leather seats only offered in the Pace Car for the 1978 models. This shiny eye-catching silver is carried through out the rest of the car including on the door panels, the dash, and even the steering wheel. The gauges all work. To give you a true 1978 experience there's an 8-track player that you can jam out to that collection of 8-tracks you've held onto all these years!

Overall ladies and gents, this is an amazing one of a kind corvette. Clean title. Garage kept. It can be yours to show off when you take a drive anywhere. A vehicle that is definitely a conversation starter no matter where you go.
