Description of 1967 Chevrolet Caprice Custom |
up for bid is my neighbors 1967 Chevrolet Caprice. same as a impala except has nicer interior and different roof line. This car has excellent original chrom, moldings, and stainless. This is super rare find as it is a a one owner car. It has original actual 101k miles. It was used daily until the early 1980s then stored in a house garage and only used on occasion. He is selling the house so that is the only reason it is for sale The car has an original 283 195 HP V8 with the original powerglide transmission. The car had been sitting in his garage for awhile so I had my ASE mechanic performed many maintenance items including a new battery, flush fuel system, and replaced all the brakes and wheel cylinders. over $1,400 of recent repairs. The car starts and runs excellent!no smoke or even a odd noise. Tires have a little vibration over 60 MPH from sitting and get better more i drive it. The factory power steering works excellent as well as the factory AM FM Stereo. Only issues I see is some lower outer panel superficial rust as shown. it is on the 2 lower front fenders and on the back of the rear 1/4 panels like where mud would splash. The floors frame and trunk are excellent. even comes with original jack owners manual and other original selling dealer book. This car has a clear original owner Pennsylvania title is being sold as is no warranty. if you are intrested email via ebay or 215 seven 68 4 o 98 $400 non refundable deposit due right after sale the car can be inspected near Philadelphia Pennsylvania zip code 18947 and test driven prior to purchase. I would invite as just a very very good old classic 1967 Chevrolet. it has the original smell, feel and sounds of a good original car. |
