Description of 1986 Chevrolet Other Pickups Scottsdale

For your consideration is this 1986 Chevy C20 Pick Up. This C20 was originally purchased in New Mexico by a retired gentleman to use for camping and fishing trips. Upon his passing in 1994, with the odometer reading 33k, the title was transferred to his recently retired son. The truck was moved to Oregon where he planned to use it for a 6 month long camping adventure to Alaska. Upon completion of his trip, the truck returned to Oregon and in his care for the next 21 years. It was used sparingly for household duties and occasional trips to Home Depot. I acquired the truck in December of 2016 with 61k on the odometer and have thoroughly enjoyed managing the mild restoration process and using it as a second vehicle. The truck is matching numbers, very original, unmolested, and well sorted. Every system has been meticulously inspected, and all necessary repairs have been performed. All of the dash gauges function properly and I am happy to report the truck performs flawlessly with no mechanical issues to address. The following is a list of important maintenance and repairs the were performed:- New Heater Core and Modern A/C Installed- All Fluids Flushed and Changed Including Coolant, Brake, Transmission, Differential, and Engine- Replacement of Steering Pump and Pulley- Replacement of Brake Booster and Master Cylinder- Belt Replacement- Replacement of Rear Pinon Seal- Wheel Refinishing- (5) New Goodyear Wrangler SRA 10ply Tires- Full Tune Up Including Carb Gasket Replacement and Adjustment to Factory Specs- New Tow Package and Wiring Installed- Spray on Bedliner - The truck had a canopy since new andbedliner was applied upon removal for protectionReceipts are available for all the repairs listed above as well as a number of other small details that were addressed. The exterior of the truck is in great condition for it's age. The paint shines nicely. There are, of course, signs of wear... A number of small paint blemishes on the hood have been touched up, there is a dent on the lower panel behind the passenger side rear tire, and scratches here and there. Please look closely at the pics to understand the vehicle is not perfect. The Interior is in fantastic shape. The bench seat has no rips, tears, or stains. The dash has no cracks or appearance of wear. The door cards do have some sun fading as seen in the photos. The center dash air vents could use tightening, but I was not interested in having the dash removed for any reason. Overall, this is a gorgeous truck.
