1971 Chevrolet Cheyenne super 1/2 ton 4x4. I have owned this truck for 28 years and it’s time for it to go to a new home. I bought this this truck on Father’s Day of 1990 and drove it for 10 years as a 2wd. In 2000 I bought a 1971 4x4 chassis and did a nut and bolt restoration on it. I then put this body on the restored chassis. Since 2001 I have only put 4300 miles on it. Everything, except the motor, was rebuilt or new on the chassis. It has a 400 small block ( mild cam) 350 turbo, 205 transfer case, and 3:73 gears with a posi. Power steering, brakes, and AC. The truck runs and drives great. The ac does not work. It has brand new tires, on 15x8” powder coated wheels.I added the Cheyenne super stuff to the truck. The interior is nice, the seat cover and carpet were new when the chassis was restored. The windshield does have a crack in it.The body does have rust (see pics) it needs rockers and cab mounts. The tailgate has some rust on the inside. It has the original 514 red paint on everything except the tailgate, the middle of the passenger door, and a blend on the drivers bedside by the marker light. The black roof was dealer added. The last few pics are from when I first bought the truck, and some of the chassis restoration. Call for more info, or for any more pictures you would like.A $1000.00, non refundable deposit required within 24 hours. I reserve the right to end the auction early. Thanks, 816-305-6326
