Description of 1982 Chevrolet El Camino gray cloth

I am selling this car for a friend who offered to help a widow sell her late husbands project El Camino.
I have the car in my possession and can try to answer all questions for you. It starts right up, trans goes right into gear but the front brakes are dragging, I am pretty sure it needs calipers. It has some rust and has had rust repair in the past, her husband had cut out the lower part of one quarter and had started cutting out the second quarter lower part too but didn't get it totally cut. He had removed the bumpers and I just put them back on with minimal bolts for the pictures. The car seems to have decent floors but the underside has lots of surface rust and the rh rear frame horn where the rh side of rear bumper bolts needs to be fixed, its been patched and this is aft of the rear wheels and right at the tail pipe area, would be nice to find that part on another car and just weld it on, or fix the one on there now. The car has a fairly straight body and appears to have been cared for, all 4 hubcaps are still there and even a book in the glove box still!!!! its pretty dirty inside and needs a good cleaning. I am not sure if the miles are 68 or 168k... in wv the title on a car after 10 years old states that miles are not required to title a car. please call 304 719 2657...

the car drives but will need brake work to make it usable, you cant drive it home, but you can drive it onto a trailer
