It does have its numbers matching engine, 283 cubic inches rated at 315 horsepower. It has the correct, 7017320, fuel injection unit as well. The Honduras Maroon paint looks very good. There are some minor chips in the paint and an inch & a half stress crack... in the paint on the hood. Overall the chrome and stainless are in excellent condition. There are some very minor dings in the side cove moldings.The interior is in excellent condition. All of the gauges are present and working. The faces look very good. The clock is present but does not work. The wonder bar radio is present and works. The windows roll up and down as they should. There is some slight fading in the carpet on the transmission tunnel.The engine runs great and the transmission shifts smoothly through all of the gears. This is a car that can be enjoyed and driven as it is. The chassis is very solid and it has been a California car for at least the last 20 years.
