Description of 1961 Chevrolet Corvair Greenbrier Sportswagon

1961 Corvair Greenbrier Van Project. This van is located in inland Oregon. so is mostly free of rust besides one small spot pictured. A great project with rust free floors and a generally straight body. The previous owner had started an amateur restoration. most of which will need re-done. Brand new Goodyear tires in excellent shape. Starts easily and runs well with no smoke and plenty of power. but will need a new battery. All electrics work and the doors (there's lot of them) shut well. Drove it about 10 miles over the weekend- noisy whine from the transaxle under power at highway speeds. haven't looked into it- if you're looking at this you probably know more than I do. Clear title in hand. No problem helping with shipment once payment is cleared!
