So the story is that i started rebuilding the brown corvair when i was 14, and now 10 years later i now have no time to do what i once wanted to. The brown corvair was stripped and boxed mostly, with the exception of the engine being fully rebuilt and overhauled, bored, crank turned, new bearings, push rods, etc I acquired the red corvair 5 or so years later and couldn't pass it up. So it as the perfect opportunity to get at least one really nice car out of the two. The red car does drive, and i straightened out all the lighting a couple years ago, and redid all new brake lines with a new dual master cylinder. The carbs were rebuilt a couple years ago and idles real nice. I pulled the gas tank put wanting to replace it but then life got in the way. I got a outboard boat gas tank in the front trunk for the time being to move it around. The listing is for both cars and the parts that were taken from the them. I'll give you everything i have, even all the parts i ordered over the years. The red corvair could easily become road worthy with a little work. The seats out of the brown corvair were taken out and put in my attic from day one and are in great condition. Both need some body work as you can see from the pictures. These are project cars for sure, or a sellers dream of they'd like to part them out. If all else fails you could use what you need and just scrap the rest. Between these two cars, somebody with some interest can have an awesome classic car. Don't have it in me to just scrap them. I know the value of the parts to someone that needs even a single part. Starting the listing at the cost of scrap metal and the selling fees. I don't have any titles but would be happy to write any bill of sale or help the best i can. I did have the brown one registered at one time, so we can find some paperwork. Brown corvair has 36850 miles and red corvair has 62999 miles. You are responsible for pick up. Must take everything! I'll be getting all the parts boxed and ready to go. Good luck!!
