Description of 1971 Chevrolet Blazer CST
1971 Chevy Blazer CST fully restored in September of 2016, below is a list of what was done to the truck at time of restoration:
- HRC's custom 383 #1106 crate engine includes new water pump, alternator, power steering pump, brackets & pulleys.
- The frame was thoroughly steam cleaned and painted
- The body was stripped and fitted with new metal rear quarter panels, metal inner-fenders, rocker boxes and a new cowl
induction hood. The interior floors are protected with sprayin Speedliner. The repaired body was primed, sealed and
painted in PPG Ford Avalanche Gray.
- Completely new and custom dual-exhaust system from Sheridan Brake & Alignment includes FlowMaster mufflers, new exhaust extension pipes, tail pipes and exhaust hangers.
- The original seat frames were refinished, fitted with new foam and recovered with houndstooth upholstery.
- The factory original fuel tank was professionally boiled clean and sealed. New mechanical fuel pump, fuel lines and sending unit are included in the completely restored fuel system.
