Description of 1964 Chevrolet C-10 Custom Cab

For your consideration is my personal 1964 Chevrolet C10 Custom Cab Big Back window long box stepside pickup truck. I have owned it for 4 years and got much enjoyment from it, but the time has come for it to find a new home. The truck is a driver - driven daily from spring to fall. I store it in the winter. That being said, it has had some panels replaced and some emblem holes I never got a chance to fill. The passenger upper filler panel (hood to windshield) has holes for an emblem, and the drivers side fender has holes for an emblem. The hood is from a GMC and is rock solid. It has holes for the washer squirters. These never bothered me, so I just left them alone figuring one day I'd fill them, but didn't.
When I purchased this truck in 2014 it came from a man who's wife had caught him cheater on her, and she took a crowbar to it and "keyed" most of the truck and smashed all the glass and hood. Hence why the hood was replaced with a GMC ( better looking in my opinion ), and all the glass, headlights and tail lights were replaced as well. Some of the scratches can still be seen, but it was a great story and adds character. This is NOT a show truck. It's a great driver that always starts, runs and shifts great and is an all around great cruiser. I'd bet it gets just as many looks as a $30K restored truck...maybe more. Here are some of the features:Factory Big Back Window.Factory Custom CabFactory gauges that all work.Deluxe heater with 2 speed fan- ALL WORKING2 speed wiper with washer - ( WASHER IS NOT WORKING)Matte Blue exteriorWhite interior with NEW CIADELLA white seat cover with tri-tone blue insert (62 impala style)All new seat foamRustic wood bed - 2 have split and need to be replaced.

As you can see in some of the pics, the bottoms of the doors need some attention. The body isn't perfect - it had some bondo work done but for a rat rod truck it looks good. The frame is super solid and original to the truck.
If you can come and see the truck in person - please do. I'll be happy to make arrangements so you can see the truck in person. This is a DRIVER, not a show truck. If you are expecting perfect paint and a mint body - look elsewhere. This is a daily driver that gets used as a truck and a hot rod. I DRIVE IT ALL THE TIME. I park in the front spot at the grocery store. If you want a show truck, this isn't it. If you want to have fun and actually drive around and not have to care about a door ding, this could be for you.
I also have extra parts that will go with the truck. It has 4 wheel drum. non power brakes. I have a power booster/dual master that I bought and didn't install yet. I also have a box of used parts that came off another truck I just kept around for spare parts. I have a spare tire and wheel that also go with it. ( std steel wheel ).

Please feel free to ask any questions about it. If you send me your phone # I will call you and can discuss anything you need to know about it.I am not really looking for a trade - but possibly for an 07-up Chevy/GMC 2WD crew cab truck.
I will take payment by cashiers check or wire transfer. The truck will not leave until it has been paid in full.$1000 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction close. Full payment due within 7 days of the auction close. If you need financing, GET APPROVED BEFORE BIDDING. I can store the truck until it is ready for pickup, but it must be paid for in 7 days of the close of the auction.Buyer is responsible for pickup, but I can help arrange. If you're close, I don't see why you couldn't drive it. Like I said I drive it all the time. It never runs hot or has had any issues.
