This is a nice and rust free 1989 One Owner Astro Van. It has 158,162 Miles, mostly on the highway, it has been well maintained and professionally caredfor and driven since the day it was built. It has BFG 30x9.50 Mud Terrains inthe back, and 235/75R15 All Terrains in the front. This project was inspiredby Ocean City, MD Surfer, Keith Dayball. The 4.3 V6 runs great, it has cold airconditioning as well as cold rear air conditioning. Over $5,000 was spent inthe last 4 years on maintenanceas well as a rebuilt transmission. There isno rust and it drives fantastic. The rear spring pack was custom built tohaul heavier loads. This van has never pulled a trailer and never has beenused for commercial purposes. There are no exhaust leaks and the transmission shiftsstrong. This van is ready for the road and is very reliable. Problems includesome paint chipping on the gloss black parts of the pillars, some wheeloxidation, one of the seats was replaced and does not exactly match the otherone, The AC blows cold, but there is sometimes a rattle from the blowermotor. The front tires sometimes rub the front fender wells on tight turns, however a new set of BFG All terrains for the front are included with thevan. They are 215/75R15's and they will fit nicely. The van has a full sizebed in the back for sleeping at the beach or camping. It is very comfortable. The larger rear tires would provide plenty of traction on the beach, althoughthis van has never seen saltwater or sand. This van also has a period correct mobile phone installed on the floor. This van is ready for the road, it is mechanically sound. Vehicle VIN # is1GNDM1521KB168246 . This VIN is correct and matches the VIN on the van. We have been able to run the VIN on multiple vehicle history websites without a problem. We entered the correct vehicle VIN, but ebay rejected it. That is why the VIN shows as all zeros.
