GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1966 ¾ ton Chevy C10 Pickup Truck for purchase. The first generation of C/K series pickups introduced a new body style of light pick-up truck that featured many firsts. Most important of these were a drop-center ladder frame, allowing the cab to sit lower, and independent front suspension, giving an almost car-like ride in a truck. Gone were the days of the truck just being a bench seat and a flat-bed for... the farm. These trucks provided the driveability the market was looking for and sales took off. In the collector world, these trucks keep growing in popularity as finding bodies still intact is becoming more and more difficult. This '66 is powered by its 283 v8 that has been dressed up with lots of chrome and presents very well. It has a turbo 350 automatic transmission. The truck runs and operates well and goes down the road smoothly. It rides on 16 inch aluminum wheels with 265/75 white letter tires that are like new. Other highlights include dual exhaust, VDO tachometer, Sunpro oil pressure/voltage/temperature gauges, black leather bench seat, power brakes with discs in the front and power steering, and aluminum radiator. The paint and body show very nice and shine up well. This truck is ready for its next owner. To see over 80 photos of this car, including undercarriage please visit our website br/-
