Offering this beautiful turn key 1958 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible from a private collection. This beautiful Corvette has been painstakingly restored, as a nut and bolt frame off restoration. Attention to detail at its finest! Born March 7th 1958, this Corvette has survived 6 decades of use, love, and now restored to better then new condition. Finished in a classic Corvette color combination of Bright Red over Charcoal interior. This beautiful car packs a punch when it comes to options, making this a very uniquely optioned car. The three most significant is the 283ci/290HP Fuel Injection (1 of 1,007), power convertible top (1 of 1,090), and windshield washer system (1 of3,834). Fuel Injection was just introduced to the Chevrolet line up, making this high tech feature of the day not so commonly ordered. The Fuel Injection system was properly restored, and is in perfect working condition. The power convertible top system is also 100% operational, and is absolutely amazing to see in action on this 60 year old masterpiece. Also painstakingly restored to full operating condition was the complex windshield washer system. The owner of this car is a perfectionist, and only 100% would be accepted. Other notable options is the heater, Wonderbar radio, matching hardtop, Posi Trac rear end with 3.70:1 gears and a 4 speed manual transmission. The restoration has been well documented on this car with a binder of slips and receipts that are included with the sale of the car. There is no question that this car is a top dog in the collectible Corvette market! An investment car that will only rise in value and rarity.

Perfection is hard to describe when it comes to a car like this. Years of education and dedication were invested to restore this 60 year old American classic. All details have been addressed, from trim and chrome down to the factory markings on the chassis. In those details of restoration many key parts were checked and are correctly date coded to this beautiful 1958. Shocks, engine, bell housing, transmission, fuel injection system, distributor, glass, folding top, generator and starter are all date coded correctly. The fame of the car is correct and ID numbers match the car. All options work 100% as they should. The car comes with both tops, a black power folding top and a matching red hard top. The hardtop is currently mounted on the car, and that is how we will deliver the car to the transporter for shipping. The car also comes with books of receipts, manuals, records, and more. Correct spare tire, jack and jack handle are correctly mounted and present in the trunk. This car will fit in the finest Corvette collection, and is ready to be sold to its next caretaker.
