My friends father gave me the el camino after the older son moved west and left her filling up the garage, I had it trailered across town, broke my favorite plank loading. Its a fine Alabama car with rotted out floors, new floor panels included, a 300$ each value. I got the motor unstuck, installed the starter with new bolts, the starter and radiator look newish, I bought and installed a new accel distributor and plug wires, a fresh oil change and filter, she cranks over and backfires, no power getting to the distributor had to jumper it to the battery, no battery included. This is a road kill style project for someone who needs a parts car or is mechanicly inclined. Or has the money for a proper restoration. As is type of sale. Dubbed the Royal Knight. Nose of car is only put together for show and needs going through as only minimal bolts are in place.
