Description of 1983 Chevrolet El Camino

Beautiful '83 Chevy El Camino. It has a 350cc 4 Barrel engine with headers. It also has a 350 Turbo Automatic transmission with a floor shifter. It is a daily driver that runs and drives excellent! This was built as a project car by a professional drag racer. The car has never been registered anywhere except Florida. It looks black in the shade but is really Black Cherry Red that glows in the sunlight. Interior is all leather from a much newer Chevy and a brand new roof liner. The tires are excellent. This is a daily driver that needs a little TLC that I can no longer provide. This is a real head turner and sounds great. Low rider and has ground effects. This is a Must See to appreciate. It has been garage kept and is a blast to drive. It has a newer A/C. There are a lot of little things that need attention that I am no longer able to give.It needs door glass weather strips. I does leak some oil but the rear seals been replaced. It has an amp and a stereo that works with SD cards (on my list to replace). The interior is very nice, the seats look new. It has a 5 point restraint seat belt on the driver's side. A B&M shifter has been added to the floor for looks and it and the carpet could use some cosmetic attention. The roof has been lowered by 1.5" and the springs have been cut down 2", easy to raise by replacing the coil springs. I do not know the actual miles on the engine and transmission. The bed has been powder coated. I am told it has Z28 wheels and 55s in the front and 50s in the rear, all have lots of tread. If you are looking for an off frame Count's Customs restoration, this isn't it, but if you are looking for a fun car, this is it. I do have photos taken during the restoration. I will try and help you with your shipping arrangements. I am not responsible for any damages or fees incurred during shipping. This is listed on several other seller's sites and I reserve the right to end the listing should an offer come through.
