Description of 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

This is a no reserve auction. High bidder will own it.

This 57 Chevy is brand new. This is one of the nicest Bel Airs out there. This was a rotisserie restoration. This car was so nice before the restoration that all of the original body and trim parts were used. It is an original California car that had very little rust and body damage. The bottom of the car was sealed and painted with Raptor Liner bed coating. The car was stripped to bare metal and painted bergandy Metalic and original Adobe Beige. All of the original trim was straightened polished, and the original bumpers and chrome trim was triple plated.

The windshield and side glass is all new.

The custom interior covered in a soft two tone vinyl. The trunk was upholstered to match. The custom gauges are from Classic Instruments. It has a tilt steering column and custom steering wheel.

The Engine is pretty much all stock with the addition of a "RV" cam. Runs out pretty hard for what it is. Here are some of the highlights of this little motor. Edelbrock 500 carb, hei distributor, 4 bolt truck block, cast crank, Offinhouser aluminum intake manifold. New .30 over cast pistons and the rods were resized. The heads were rebuilt stock

The power steering is a new 905 steering box with all new suspension.

The one piece California frame was coated in high impact silver paint. The rear springs were moved into the frame to allow for 3 1/2 more inches of tire. The rear end is from a S10 with 3:73 gear. The engine is a fresh rebuild with a small RV cam. It runs very good. The tranny is a rebuilt 700R4. It has new front disc brakes and the rear brakes were rebuilt as well. The wheels are 17" American Racing 8s and 10s with new sumitomo tires.

The cars runs and drives nice. It's not a race car but it has lots of power. The interior is very comfortable with no rattles. The car will show real well.

I built This 57 Chevy for myself to keep but I must sell it. It was done right. This was not built to sell with all kinds of hidden problems. You will not be disappointed. I have described the car to best of my knowledge but I'm sure I've forgotten a whole bunch of stuff. I will update the add as I remember the details.

I am asking about half for the car than I have in it. The knock offs are not included but I will if the car reaches my personal reserve
