For auction is a 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air wagon. The car starts, runs, drives, and stops as it should. The vehicle has the original 265 V8 that has been rebuilt and a TH400 transmission. This wagon maintains a beautiful patina and custom pinstripe artwork on the hood and above the rear hatch. The headlights, tail lights, parking lights and blinkers all work. The windshield does have a crack in it towards the bottom, out of your line of site, and some delamination. I have not replaced it as I thought it lends to the patina'd rat rod look of the car. The rear passenger door window is cracked also. Both this window and the windshield are readily available online through Classic Industries if you wish to replace them. All the windows do roll up and down correctly, and the doors open and close as they should. The front vent windows do crank open and closed properly. The headliner is also in tact and not sagging. The wheels are Coys 18" up front and 20" in the rear. The car comes with a front disc brake conversion kit that has to be installed. If the "Buy it Now" option is used I will include a running and "built" 396 Chevy Big Block engine (I can give more info on it to buyers considering this option), and a Turbo 350 trans that was assembled to handle the power of the 396. All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The car or title will not be realeased until full payment has been received and cleared by my bank. A non-refundable $500 deposit via PayPal is due within 48 hours of auctions end. The remaining balance will be accepted in the form of cash in person, wire transfer, or certified check. I'm sure there is more I'm forgetting, any question please do not hesitate to contact me through eBay or call or text Jason at (810) 689-0674 On Dec-07-18 at 18:15:01 PST, seller added the following information: My mistake, the wheels are made by Ridler.
