Description of 1989 Chevrolet Camaro

The good:Senior owned its life until recently. Comes with the original window sticker & build sheet. Been sitting up in a barn since 1999 until recently found. Runs without so much as a hick up. Been garaged its entire life. Has very low miles. Has no leaks. Has new Goodyear rear tires. Still has all 4 wheel center caps. Has brand new battery as of 2-26-15Newer exhaust system with 3" headers & flow masters. sounds amazing. Has fresh tune up with all new fluids. The cars body is near perfect you would be very hard pressed to find a nicer one. The factory blue paint shines up as new. All dash gauges work perfect. Seats are flawless near perfect 7/10Carpet looks fantastic. Kenwood stereo with ipod/cell phone hook up. Has very hot heat. Has a clean center console with storage. This Camaro drove and handled like a dream. Interior is in exceptional condition for the yr. The bad:The trans mount needs welded/bolted back up. Has rusty floors from sitting in a barn. Smog pump removed-seized up. Could use a good waxing and detailing. Electronic fan has a switch. Dash has a very small corner crack. Needs floor mats. make me a trade offer + cash. This Camaro starts. runs. drives. and stops although I recommend towing/trailering it do to the aforementioned. The car was senior owned who gave it to his 16yr old grandson who did drive it for a aprox 1 yr. There is evidence of a kid being behind the wheel in the form of spray paint on console. after market stereo. headers and flow master exhaust. custom air cleaner and thats it. in short: with a little bit of work you will have one of the nicest Gen 3 Camaros around. it runs fantastic and the trans shifts perfect. this car is rock solid mechanically.
