Description of 1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS Tribute Convertible |
This is a beautiful car that excites everyone that sees or hears it. Paint is slick and mirror like. All of the chrome shows as brand new. The interior is like new, itis tight with no wrinkles. The car runs and drives very good. I have driven it on a couple of 100+ mile road trips with no issues. The engine is a basic stock 68 396 with a good sounding cam. Has MSD ignition and a Fast Fuel 750 DP Carburetor. TheTransmission is a Muncie close ratio M21 Four Speed with a Hurst Shifter. Radiatorwas custom built byMichigan Radiator. It isaluminum and is setup with twin fans that turn on whenthe enginereaches 180 degrees.Dual Exhaust with turbo mufflers sounds great. The top is manual but is easy to take up or down. I have some extra parts that can go with the car, They Are: a set of stock type rally wheels with 4 caps and two rings a stock AM Radio A new oil pan that was bought to replace the one on the engine. The old one has a small oil drip (Not that bad) I just never got around to changing it. a set of door window trim pieces that are wider than the ones on the car I Reserve the right to end the auction early since the car is for sale locally Thanks for looking |
