Description of 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Code Correct Red Leather |
Restored 1967 Corvette roadster. This is a solid number 2 car and is probably the nicest Corvette driver you will ever find. It is in excellent condition but not a trailer queen. It has a matching number 327/300 hp V8 in excellent running condition. It has unusually high option content, including factory air that blows ice cold, Power steering, Power brakes, power windows, full tinted glass, Red leather interior, side pipes, BF Goodrich radial redline tires, factory AM/FM, and rare Speedminder. Non-stock items include big block Hood ( added by previous owner), Powerglide transmission upgraded to General Motors TH350 Three speed turbo hydramatic, Pertronix Electronic ignition, and new dual master brake cylinder. The car needs nothing, and everything including lighting and gauges work as they should. Paint and red leather trim are code correct. The car was originally equipped with a hardtop and the appropriate holes are in place. All recent repair and Restoration items were completed by the well-known Tony's Corvettes in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Due to the installation of new suspension and steering componentry, this car drives essentially Like it just came off the showroom floor, including zero steering play. Receipts for all repairs are available upon request. Note that Hagerty valuations place the value of this car with its high option content at $83000+. This is a very desirable car and has already been used in two TV productions, including a recent Netflix film. I would guess that mileage is either 115000 or was reset to zero when it was restored. I have driven this car often and hate to sell it, but hip and sciatica issues make it very difficult for ingress and egress. I can recommend a reasonably priced, high quality shipper with an enclosed trailer that I have used in the past.On Feb-03-19 at 06:50:44 PST, seller added the following information: A photo of VIN plate and paint codes is available upon request.
