This beautiful 1934 Ford Tudor Sedan! With the universal appeal of some of the best parking lot eye candy around and the appeal of some of the best late model sports car, this slick custom painted and flamed Chevy is a professionally built custom which provides its owner with the best of both worlds. And what's even better: you can have your show stopper and drive it too for roughly half the money and a fraction of the time it takes for most people to build one from the ground up. If you're an anxious buyer who is tired of the 'garage furniture' culture that seems to be pervading the street rod segment of the hobby, this '34 Chevy is one of the best road ready hot rods your money can buy! So many of today's customs are built with no chance of ever being unleashed on the open road or even seeing a peaceful town street. Instead, they've paraded around on trailers, idled through parking lots and rolled into garages. Not so with this awesome '34 Street Rod! It's a super slick coupe that was built to win trophies alongside the best show queens and burn up the roads with some street cars. The build started with a clean new outlaw Fiberglass body in 2003 and revised again in mid-2012 when it was bolted between a fresh set of fiberglass fenders and running boards. Once that body was completely fit and finished, and those fiberglass components were completely smooth, the entire package was fully disassembled and professionally prepped for paint. Then, in the name of great looks and universal appeal, a top-notch coat of Black Cherry urethane was meticulously applied, sealed in a glossy clearcoat shell after the flames were applied and then buffed to an incredible shine. The result is one fine looking street rod which displays nary a ripple or misaligned panel anywhere, presents a finish that glistens like glass, and possesses just enough authenticity to satisfy both the most skeptical old school hot rod fan and the harshest scoring judge. The beauty of a really well-done street rod is often found in the simplicity of its execution. In a nod to the true roots of hot rodding, high-quality builds are usually topped with a stripped down, all business body which emphasizes the cars purpose-built, high-performance nature. At the front of this slick '34 Chevy, a clean front grill frame with no badges or emblems, just a clean perfect grill frame that's centered between chrome Chevy Two lite headlights and turn signals below the fenders. Behind that grille, a one-piece fiberglass hood flows past a streamlined radiator shell to meet a chopped & smoked windshield. At the top of the car, a great looking smooth roof sits more of the Harlequin outlined flames under the clear coat. On the sides of the car more new smoked side and back glass. At the bottom of the car, like-new running board mats ride under great fitting suicide doors which are complete with hidden hinges and shaved door handles. And at the back of the car, small, rectangle LED tail lights illuminate a centered third tail light all buried under the clear coat in the body. To finish off the rear of the car is a centered billet license plate frame and two spotless stainless exhaust tips. Lift this coupe's one-piece, hood and you'll find a 350 cubic inch Chevrolet V8 which wears a nice combination of clean paint and bright finished chrome and aluminum. Built for effortless driving, the 350 engine is topped by an aluminum air cleaner that funnels wind into the carburetor which is complete with a combination of braided and stainless fuel lines. Below that carburetor, an aluminum Edelbrock Performer EPS intake rides between a pair of traditional polished aluminum valve covers; and a traditional HEI distributor fires spark through a set of Super Conductor plug wires. Cooling for that hot spark is provided by an aluminum radiator & dual electric cooling fans stacked up in front, just behind the grill, which sends water through fresh flex hoses. Exhaust from that hot spark is handled by a pair of ceramic coated shorty headers which allow the car plenty of room to breathe. And the charge for that hot spark comes courtesy of a pristine chrome alternator that's secured by billet brackets and spun via chrome pulleys and the belt system . Aesthetically, the clean and the smoothed engine compartment is relatively sparse and exceptionally well-done. It's finished in the same glossy black cherry with flames as the car's exterior panels; and the thoroughly detailed motor, with its assortment of bright components, creates a lot of great looking texture and contrast. Underneath this cool cruiser, you'll find a solid chassis that's fully sorted, road tested and ready to go! Behind the car's tough 350 a virtually indestructible Turbo-Hydramatic 350 automatic transmission provides smooth and confident shifts. Under that transmission, a straight and silver glossy frame rides on a modern front suspension and coil over rear springs. Tight turns and quick stops are provided by tubular control arms, power rack and pinion steering and Baer power four-wheel disc brakes. And exhaust is handled by mandrel bent true dual pipes which rumble through great sounding turbo mufflers. Putting the power to the pavement is a mirror-like set of polished Billet Specialties which wear 205/50ZR 17 front and 235/50 ZR 18 rear Michelin Radial's. Not a detail was missed on the bottom of this road ready Chevy coupe; from its glossy floors to its high-quality brake booster, it looks good and performs even better! Take a look inside this awesome Chevy and you'll find a spectacular tan interior that is definitely one of the main highlights of the car. The plush, custom covered bucket and bench seats feature an excellent combination of soft surfaces and firm padding. At the sides of those seats, custom door panels are equipped with small armrests, convenient pull straps, billet door handles and buttons for the car's power windows. And below those seats, like-new black carpet anchors a color-matched emergency brake handle boot next to billet foot pedals. At the front of the car, a custom dash hangs a full assortment of Auto Meter street rod series gauges next to stylish billet knobs for the car's accessories. At the top of the car, a custom headliner rides above a chrome rearview mirror, a custom overhead console and a modern stereo with CD player which kicks sound through Sony front speakers and Pyramid Gold rear speakers. And at the back of the car the leading edge of custom side panels and body-matched window frames. Rounding out this first-rate interior is a polished, two spoke steering wheel which spins a color-keyed rim around a painted tilt steering column that's complete with a full set of billet stalks and a built-in gear indicator. This 1934 Chevrolet Tudor Sedan is a nicely finished street rod that was built to be seen AND driven. It uses top-notch components from some of the best names in the business to create a unique car which has tons of personality and awesome curb appeal.
