It features an outstanding blend of classic and modern, with a host of refinements to make driving an absolute pleasure - and you can imagine the looks you'll get while out on the street in this 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Restomod. It's as fresh as can be off its recent build, with curb appeal that's off the charts! The very term "rebuild" is a bit of an understatement - we're talking about taking things all the way down to the nuts... and bolts here, and no expense was spared in transforming this classic Chevy into its current state of awesomeness. The distinctive shade of red it wears comes from an unlikely source - it was a selection off the Volkswagen color palette - and is beyond question of show quality. Its texture is as slick as can be and when you circle the car, the shine it produces is so strong it feels like it's following you around. The black painted stripes running the lengths of the sides look very sharp and, because this Chevelle's body alignment is so on point, it's impressively level as it transitions from front fender to door to rear quarter panel. The relatively badge-less appearance really allows the paint to take center stage, and from the front grille sitting between the pair of twin headlights, all the way to the back, every piece of chrome is at its best. Its stance is awesome - it sits nice and low over its wheels while still retaining enough ground clearance for real world driving, with just a slight incline. <BR. An entirely new custom interior waits inside the doors and it's really impressive. Up front, a pair of plushly padded leather buckets straddle the center console and the matching rear bench seat has been totally reimagined, offering bolstered support to go along with plenty of comfort. The dash area retains most of its familiar vintage appearance, but now harbors a set of fresh Dakota Digital gauges in its instrument cluster that sit just beyond a billet steering wheel on an Ididit chrome tilt column. A Vintage Air climate control system has also been added and it's running in strong form to cool or warm the interior as needed through the in-dash vents. The audio system is top quality and fills the cabin with sound via the assortment of interior speakers and a pair of subwoofers mounted in the trunk, which itself has been nicely customized with an all new floor and walls. The power on hand here is very much on a par with this Chevy's abundant style. The LS6 V8 under the hood carries a mild cam and has been professionally tuned. It's good for a full 475 horsepower - not at the crankshaft, but at the rear wheels - and its Ultimate headers lead out to a 3 inch exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers to create an awesome sound. The powerplant pairs with a solid shifting 4L60E four speed transmission that's been reinforced to handle such an output. A Concept One pulley system not only adds even more eye candy to the engine compartment, but it also makes for greater efficiency and, with 4:11 gears in back, you can only imagine the off the line acceleration that would be at your disposal. The full Ride Tech Stage 2 suspension kit teams with smooth power steering to provide outstanding handling and a great ride via coilovers in both front and back, as well as tubular upper and lower front A-arms. Power disc brakes now sit at all four corners to bring this outstandingly well-configured Chevelle's set of Schott wheels to very quick stops. An outstanding modded classic by any measure, this 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle Restomod must be seen to be fully appreciated. Call today!
