Description of 1977 Chevrolet Corvette

Beautiful 1977 Corvette! Low miles complete resto 383 Stroker 500+ hp nearly flawless
The 77' Corvette symbolized the major change in the Stingray, for 1 it was the last year of the fastback and 2 it was the 1st year of the Corvette.
This was a $45,000 body of frame restoration and included was:
replaced motor and transmission ($15,000). I have priced out the updated and modified parts for Insurance and have spent another $20,000
Things that I have replaced:
Engine was replaced with a BRE :BECK RACING ENGINE 383 Stroker motor and BRAND NEW Turbo 350 Transmission. New drive shaft was also required. Also has new performance serpentine belt conversion with reverse flow water pump. New AC Compressor also included. New hood was required since the intake for the motor is an air gap intake and the carburetor sit much higher. Hooker side pipes were added with heat guard for legs getting in or out of vehicle. Ballast inside the side pipes is like a large auger bit with cutouts to allow cooler air flow. Also added a quick shifter (B&M), had the transmission pan replaced with a sporty show quality pan, It shifts great when used as a normal automatic transmission or in play mode. THIS CORVETTE HAS NEVER BEEN RACED OR ABUSED. BUILT FOR SHOW BUT FUN AS HECK TO DRIVE!
Seats were taken apart repainted, new foam and seat covers were installed. New dash pad since the old one was badly cracked. Original Brakes were never great and the bigger cam in the motor resulted in even less vacuum to the break booster. Break booster was replaced with a Wilwood hydro boost that works directly from power steering fluid from pump. Also replaced all 4 wheels with Wilwood brake caliper, rotors pads etc. Master Cylinder also from Wilwood. Replaced all brake lines, drill and slotted rotors. All bushings on the vehicle were replaced. A dual fan was installed and is electric and works from temp sensor for 1 fan and the other controlled by switch inside the car. American Racing rims and tires replaced 2 years ago and probably have less that 500 miles on them.
Shocks and sway bar have been replaced with the highest quality ( Bilstein) along with single leaf spring in the rear. This car is tight and fast! Tracks straight down the road.
Dropped the gas tank, primed and repainted.
Paint is in excellent show quality condition and looks wet and glass like!
T-tops are in great shape, weather stripping replaced
Also have a soft top accessory if caught out without the T-tops.
The AC/Heater control module has not been replaced and still functions well.
Tachometer and radio are after market, and have external speaker behind seats.
