Description of 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

Classic 1972 Chevelle 454 big block manual 4 speed AC car with working Cowl Induction AM/FM 8-Track player and split bench seat.Only modifications are Grant steering wheel, halogen headlights to see better at night, and the wonderful Jack Reacher sounding magnaflow exhaust. The sound of a big block loping through well designed exhaust is unmistakeable and turns heads. Car could be taken more original, more updates, or driven as is. Always starts, no overheating issues.I have the AC belt off, but system is all there.Restored in Tennessee, I purchased from an Auto Museum 3 years ago but now ready for a Corvette, so the Chevelle gets a new owner.Only 3200 miles on restoration. Muncie close ratio 4 speed, hurst shifter. Gearing still allows for interstate driving. Still has the original split bench and rear seats. New dash, gauges, door panels, window cranks, rearview mirror and headliner. Reconditioned Am/FM 8-Track (not hooked up yet, need correct plug.) Rear window panel amazingly never cut out for speakers. Original suspension with new joints and bushings.Disk/drum (new pads).Clean, not rusty, all metal car (not bondo, see trunk pics). Was originally a 350, Tennessee owner replaced with crate 454 with mild cam, holley carb and magnaflow exhaust. I replaced the dash & gauges, mirror, alternator, battery, power steering pump, added power door locks and halogen headlights, and sourced the 8 track, a new shifter knob, pedal covers and an OEM car jack still in the box. Ready for crusing or summer car meets.
