| 1968 Corvette Convertible. numbers matching 427. 4 speed. two tops. This is a true numbers matching 427 roadster. all date codes. and stampings are correct on the block. I have great paperwork on the car from many years ago. and a stack of receipts. I also have copies of the titles from previous owners. Great trail of history!I installed a new gas tank. sending unit. and battery. The previous owner of the car put on new tires. brakes. rebuilt carb. belts. and complete tune up. New hoses for the headlights. one of the hoses is crossed and the lights do not go up. along with the wiper door. I was told its an easy fix. The body on the car is in very good condition. and I would rate it a very nice presentable cruise night car. The body is very straight. the paint is in very good condition. along with the chrome. New red lens tail lights. newer exhaust system gives it a healthy big block rumble. The 4 speed trans shifts easy. and the clutch is good. The frame under the car is rock solid. no issues anywhere. and very straight. I verified that the engine is correct. I haven't verified the transmission. But it is a muncie. This is a two top car. correct and very desirable factory exterior blue color. with a white soft top that was installed a few years ago. still in great conditon. I have the headliner for the hardtop. The interior on the car is in excellent condition. very comfortable seats. handles nice. and the brakes are tight. Bid with confidence this is a very nice driver quality car.
