1962 Corvette-I am a NYS Licensed dealer-I acquired this car through an estate so I don't know too much about it--I would consider this a very nice driver-It has a unisteer power steering rack and disc brake conversion kit in the front end-It appears to have been repainted recently and the paint is driver quality-Its very shiny. I think it could be brought up to an even better level with a buff or possible wet sand-I think that would really make it pop-Its a decent paint job though-It seems to have a newer interior kit in the car as the seats, carpet and dash and door skins are all very nice-All the gauges work except the tach-It has the original wonderbar radio that doesn't work-All the lights and horn work properly-The car does not have a soft top or hard top-I also noticed the passenger door button to open the door from the outside isn't working-but opens from the inside??? The car has a small block chevy motor not sure what it is but it appears to have been rebuilt has aluminum intake and holley carband runs outstanding-It is a 4 speed-and has a new stainless exhaust on the car-It really runs great and handles fantastic with the power steering rack-Its tight and responsive and has no rattles or squeaks-It has seat belts as well-Its actually a very nice driver-I have driven it several times and it handles awesome and is pretty quick!-I also have the factory tires rims and hubcaps as well as seen in the final 2 pictures-I saw the car up on the lift when I had them put those wheels on it-Im no corvette expert but looks like there may have been a a plate welded on the frame-looks professional-All in all I would say its a nice driver and could be brought to the next level with a good buff-Or drive it as is and enjoy it-It looks nice-All in all a real nice driver with a decent price-Unfortunately NY residents will have to pay NYS sales tax as I am a dealer-The car is being sold as is due to the age-But it runs excellent!!!! and looks real nice!
