1948 5 window Chevy Truck seen in Classic Trucks magazine in 1997. 383ci w/871 Littlefield supercharger. Brodix Aluminum Heads, MSD Pro Billet distributer. w/6AL Box,dynoed at 648hp crank HP. Barry Grant 600 Carbs. MSD ignition. Full roller engine. Built Turbo 350 trans. The engine has 400 miles since rebuild. Supercharger is under driven and runs on pump gas. I never raced it. Tilt bed,4 link rear with a custom built narrowed 9in posi rear end,Strange axles, camaro front clip with rack and pinion steering.,full square tube chassis. Mickey Thompson Sportsman SR Tires. 31X18.5 is the rear, Power windows, Vintage air(needs to be charged) front wheels disk the rear is drum, tilt bed, Panasonic stereo with cd player and alpine amp,8in woffers behind seats, Fantom Autometer gauges, This is a one of a kind truck and is a blast to drive. I have owned it for the last 14 years. Minor issues I have to mention: Hood touches the back of the scoop when you open it. I have 2 billet exhaust hangers that need to be installed in the rear. Header collectors do have scrapes on them being so low to the ground. The bed is not a power lift. Fuel gauge needs a different sending unit. Any other questions please feel free to ask. The reserve is very low for what you see here! The only trade I may be interested in is a 1969 Camaro Pro touring.
