Description of 1966 Chevrolet C-10

This 1966 pickup has the original inline 6 cylinder motor - casting number 3877178. transmission (has been switched from 3 on the tree to a 3 speed in the floor with a Mr. Gasket conversion kit). and rear end. It has chrome wheels and the tires are 90%. The truck was restored in 2004 and 2005 by a gentleman that passed away. The truck was painted by Maaco. The paint is still shiny and looks good from a distance but you are starting to see some surface rust on the truck. The chrome and trim has been replaced. The bumpers are painted white. The truck looks really good on the inside with bucket seats with no tears. All the glass is good. All the rubber has been replaced. It has new carpet inside. All the gauges work. The heater and heater fan work. The truck has a new exhaust system. The wood bed has been replaced with a piece of boiler plate which was painted by Maaco. The truck runs good and is a good driver. The truck would need a good paint job to be a show truck. The truck was originally black in color. Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. A $500 deposit is due at the end of the auction.
